This 3-day instructor-led Project Management Foundations course is designed specifically to teach the fundamentals of project management and basic project management techniques. This course takes an interactive approach to delivering project management training using our (Lecture | Lab | Review)™ teaching methodology.

Students will learn the steps and variables of the project management process, the responsibilities of a project manager, and how to identify the attributes of a project. Students will also learn about contracts and procurement; as well as how to implement quality, handle risks, and communicate effectively.

			Should a student complete a Project Management Foundations Training Camp Program without having successfully passed all vendor examinations, the student may re-attend that program for a period of one year. Students will only be responsible for accommodation and vendor exam fees.
