CompTIA Specialty Series

The following CompTIA certification courses cover the business and technical knowledge needed for specific vertical or niche markets.

CompTIA Healthcare IT Technician (3 Days):

Covers the knowledge needed to implement, deploy, and support healthcare IT systems in various clinical settings.

CompTIA Cloud Essentials (3 Days):

Covers the meaning of cloud computing from a business and technical perspective, as well as what is involved in moving to and governing the cloud.

Health IT Certification, LLC

A distinguished advisory panel and faculty have pooled their experience to create the following practical training programs, which offer tools that directly relate to on-the-job needs in the healthcare field.

Certified Professional in Electronic Health Records (3 Days):

Covers planning, implementation, operation of EHR for knowledge management, quality improvement, patient safety, and care coordination.

Certified Professional in Health Information Technology (2 Days):

Covers planning, selecting, implementing, using, and managing health information technology (HIT) and electronic health record (EHR) applications.

Online HIT/EHR/HIE (Self-Paced):

Online training for Health IT Certification provides access to the same course content as the classroom training program - to be completed at your own pace.

HIPAA Privacy and Security Training

This training will give you advanced competency in designing, implementing, and administering comprehensive privacy and security protection programs in all types of healthcare organizations.

Certified HIPAA Privacy Expert (CHPE) Training Camp (3 Days):

Covers implications of HIPAA legislation and identifies critical compliance requirements.

All of our training programs include changes to the HIPAA regulation due to Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act which is part of American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA).
