Teaching a Training Camp course is not for an ‘average’ instructor. More Material.
Longer days. Exam Stress. Complex Subject Matter. Being able to offer instructors
that simultaneously act as an expert, motivator, instructor, mentor, coach, and
often comedian requires a constant commitment to talent identification and management.
What can you expect of your Training Camp instructor?
The Foundation: Experience & Expertise
Our instructors – ranging from renowned authors to senior information technology
professionals - draw on an average of 15+ years of experience in the fields in which
they teach. Every Training Camp instructor is a cross certified industry professional,
well-versed in both related subject matter and the core principles of accelerated
learning.
The Differentiator: Motivation
Training Camp courses are designed to deliver the maximum amount o f material over
the shortest period of time. While effective curriculum design that utilizes key
principles of accelerated learning offers a framework for success, successful course
delivery depends on skilled mentors that are able to maximize the learning experience
by instilling a ‘yes you can’ classroom attitude.
